Finally I can post the comic for Adventurer!Zenos that has taken hold of my brain for the past week.
AKA a man who is currently running off the fumes of the literal souls of the damned being very desperate to be out of the void he was stuck in (and for the first time actually being able to just enjoy something mundane), only to get absolutely overwhelmed but all the stimuli he had just... ignored until now.

I don't think that this post about our society lacking "exercise as play" is wrong per se so I'm making my own, but if you have a public park nearby there is a very strong chance that you can go to one on a weekend afternoon and find a lot of people playing sports for fun and exercise, so I encourage you to look for that kind of opportunity if this resonates with you!
My city has free adult recreation leagues for soccer, cricket, kickball, ultimate frisbee, tag football... etc, and low-cost (like 15$ for a season) leagues for teams that need developed spaces like basketball and tennis.
And that's just the officially organized leagues, not counting people who just do it on their own.
Of course availability and level of formality will vary based on your location, and on how much you enjoy the particular sports on offer, but for some people "exercise as play" is already the norm, it's worth looking into!
#I think like. For instance this can be pretty gendered and also those sports are a particular subset of exercise#so I don't think that post is WRONG#but I think the social group “plays soccer at the park on weekends” can be disconnected from the social group “frequent tumbler poster”#so I thought maybe I'd say. hey if this interests you! you have options!#I think the most valuable thing my gym classes taught me is basic rules for a bunch of common sports#so like I CAN go pick up a basketball game without feeling clueless.#If you don't have that you may want help or friends but genuinely find the nearest city's park division and see what looks fun.#might be enjoyable.

Also, from a cripple perspective:
The smallest thing that you can do does not have to be 3 or 5 minutes of walking. It can be one minute. It can be less. I understand advice like this can be daunting if even 3 minutes feels like overexertion, but the point that should be re-emphasised is that it is what your limits are.
You also do not have to go out to do it. It does not have to be across your yard or around your block. It can be around your own home. A lot of times the inhibitors of doing things like going on a walk is, "What if I can't get back? What if I walk a bit away from my home, and then I am stuck there/cannot get back without extreme pain?"
It could be walking from your room to the kitchen and back. It can be pacing next to your bed so that way you are only a few steps away from it if you need it.
It also does not have to be walking.
What is easy/hard for you will depend entirely on you and your body. For me? Walking is one of the worst things for me and my specific disabilities. It just is.
Do you want to know what isn't?
Circus.
I genuinely find hauling my body weight around in the air easier than I do walking for five minutes. It is okay that the exercise everyone calls the easiest is hard for me, far harder than an intense form of exercise. It is so easy to feel reluctant to exercise when the things that are meant to be easy are not something you can do, even if there is other stuff that's 'harder' that you can do.
For me, the biggest thing I had to get over was the worry about how people perceive walking as 'easy' and circus as 'really difficult no one but the fittest people can do it'. The fact that many people would see me do circus and believe I should be able to walk easily, because walking is 'easier', used to get to me. It still does sometimes.
You do not owe anyone a baseline of athleticism where you can do 'easy stuff' before you can do 'harder' things that are just better for you and your body.
I guess just overall what I am saying is that this advice is really, really good. You should do what you find easy and, when you are ready, increase it. That is a good way to get physically active. However, what is easy for you is not built on society's expectations of what is and is not easy. Take this advice for what is easy for you and your body, not what's expected of you.
Quick reminder that cripple is a slur. If you are not physically disabled, don't say it. That said, while this was coming from a physically disabled perspective, if it resonated with you it is for you. Society's expectations for what you should be able to physically do are absolutely useless, and many people would really benefit from deconstructing that.
I was talking with my housemate about how to be more physically active if you’re not used to it at all because everywhere you’re told to start a training routine where you push yourself a little every day, and while that may seem easy for some people it can be really fucking daunting if you start from zero.
As someone who comes from a very physically active family that doesn’t exercise just for the sake of exercising but do things like walk to the grocery store and bike to work, here’s my advice that has always worked for me:
Go super duper easy on yourself.
If you want to walk more start by walking for 3 or 5 minutes. The shortest possible walk you feel you’re capable of. A trip around the block or across the yard. You don’t need to sweat or get your blood pumping. Just a short stroll. The hardest part is to convince yourself to set aside 5 minutes every day to go on this short walk but nothing else about it should be hard. Do it every day and one day you’ll realize that you don’t want to go home just yet. It’s very important that you don’t think “I want to pressure myself to walk further” but rather “I haven’t spent all my walking energy yet. I have more walk in me” and only then do you lengthen the walk. I repeat, at no point should it be exhausting or difficult because even when it feels easy your body will be building muscle and stamina and it will eventually feel too easy and you’ll naturally want to crank it back up to easy again.
If you’re not used to being physically active it might not make a ton of sense when I say that you’ll have more walking energy left but trust me, you’ll get it when you get there.
I grew up with going on evening walks with my parents and passed that on to other housemates who didn’t get it at first but are now going on walks long after they moved somewhere else. Because once you get the hang of it you’ll realize how calming it is on the brain to move the body even if the body isn’t exhausted afterwards.
And it of course helps to entertain yourself especially in the beginning. My housemate started out listening to audiobooks and podcasts but eventually realized Pokémon Go was the best motivator. Whatever you feel like you want to do on your 5 minute easy stroll.
#Mod Tim (He/Him)#cripplepunk#cpunk#disability subsection#Longform Post#I forget what all my tags I wrote are. The organisation went out the window.#long post#Just to add on my extra thoughts as well. Society's expectations for people's physical abilities impact everyone. I can think of a lot of 1#reasons outside of physical disability why someone may find physical exercise horrible. First and foremost it can just be so boring. 2/#Forcing yourself to do something you do not want to for 5 minutes is just unpleasant. I believe if people realised that it is okay to not 3#be 'athletic enough' to walk far but engaging in harder yet more enjoyable exercise. Do what you want. 4/4

A lot of younger people have no idea what aging actually looks and feels like, and the reasons behind it. That ignorance is so dangerous. If you don’t want to “be old,” you aren’t talking about a number of years. I have patients in their late 80s who could still handily beat me in a race—one couple still runs marathons together, in their late 80s—and I lost someone who was in her early 60s to COPD last year. What you want is not youth, it is health.
If you want to still be able to enjoy doing things in your 60s and 70s and 80s and even 90s, what you want to do, right now, is quit smoking, get some activity on a regular basis (a couple of walks a week is WAY better for you than nothing; increasing from 1 hour a day of cardio to 1.5 will buy you very little), and eat some plants. That’s it. No magic to it. No secret weird tricks. Don’t poison yourself, move around so your body doesn’t forget how, and eat plants.
If you have trouble moving around now because of mobility limitations, bad news: you still need to move around, not because it’s immoral not to, but because that’s still the best advice we have. I highly recommend looking up the Sit and Be Fit series; it is freely available and has exercises that can be done in a chair, which are suitable for people with limited mobility or poor balance. POTS sufferers, I’m looking at you.
If you have trouble eating plants because of dietary issues (they cause gas, etc.) or just because they’re bitter (super taster with texture issues here!), bad news. You still want to find a way to get some plants into your body on a regular basis. I know. It sucks. The only way I can do it is restaurants—they can make salads taste like food. I can also tolerate some bagged salads. On bad weeks, the OCD with contamination focus gets so bad I just can’t. However, canned beans always seem “safe,” and they taste a bit like candy, so they’re a good fallback.
If you smoke and you have tried quitting a million times and you’re just not ready to, bad news. You still need to quit. Your body needs you to try and keep trying. Your brain needs it, too. Damaging small blood vessels racks up cumulative damage over time that your body can start trying to reverse as soon as you quit. I know it’s insanely, absurdly addictive. You still need to.
You cannot rules lawyer your way past your body’s basic needs. It needs food, sleep, activity, and the absence of poison. Those are both small things and big asks. You cannot sustain a routine based on punishment, so don’t punish your body. Find ways to include these things that are enjoyable and rewarding instead. Experiment. There is no reason not to experiment—you don’t have to know instantly what’s going to work for you and what won’t, you just need to be willing to try things and make changes when things aren’t working for you.
You will still age. Your body will stop making collagen and elastin. Tissues you can see and tissues you can’t see will both sag. Cushioning tissues under your skin will get thinner. You’ll bruise more easily. Skin will tear more easily. Accumulated sun damage will start to show more and more. Joints will begin to show arthritis. Tendons and ligaments will get weaker and get injured more easily, as will muscles. Bones will lose mass and get easier to break. You’ll get tired more easily.
But you know what makes the difference between being dead, or as good as, in your 60s vs your 90s? Activity, plants, and quitting smoking. And don’t do meth. Saw a 58-year-old guy this week who is going to have a heart attack if he doesn’t quit whatever stimulant he’s on. I pretended to believe it was just the cigarettes, and maybe it is, but meth and cocaine will kill you quicker. Stop poisoning yourself.
Baby steps; take it one step at a time; you don’t need to have everything figured out right now. But you do need to be working on figuring things out.

How to Stop Procrastinating by Managing Your Emotions
Procrastination happens when we delay doing things, and it's often connected to our emotions. Feelings like being afraid to fail, feeling worried or stressed, getting bored, or lacking motivation can all contribute to procrastination. To stop procrastinating and get more things done, it's important to learn how to handle our emotions better.
Boredom:
Break the task into smaller, more engaging sub-tasks.
Find ways to make the task more interesting or challenging.
Set a timer and work on the task for a specific amount of time, followed by a short break doing something enjoyable.
Feeling Overwhelmed:
Prioritize tasks and focus on one thing at a time.
Break the task into smaller, more manageable steps.
Delegate some parts of the task if possible or seek help from others.
Use tools like to-do lists or task management apps to stay organized.
Anxiety:
Practice deep breathing or mindfulness techniques to calm yourself.
Challenge negative thoughts and replace them with more positive and realistic ones.
Start with the easier or less intimidating aspects of the task to build momentum.
Set realistic expectations and remind yourself that it's okay to make mistakes.
Self-Doubt:
Focus on past accomplishments and successes to boost your confidence.
Seek support or feedback from others to gain reassurance.
Remind yourself of your skills and capabilities to tackle the task.
Use positive affirmations to counteract negative self-talk.
Perfectionism:
Embrace the concept of "good enough" rather than seeking perfection.
Set realistic and achievable goals for each task.
Recognize that mistakes and imperfections are part of the learning process and growth.
Indecisiveness:
Break decisions into smaller steps and make one small decision at a time.
Set a time limit for making decisions to avoid overthinking.
Trust your instincts and make the best decision you can with the information available.
Apathy or Lack of Interest:
Find aspects of the task that align with your values or long-term goals.
Break the task into smaller, more manageable parts and focus on completing one at a time.
Reward yourself for completing the task to make it more appealing.
Stress or Burnout:
Practice stress-reduction techniques such as meditation, exercise, or spending time in nature.
Break tasks into smaller steps to reduce the feeling of overwhelm.
Prioritize self-care and take breaks to avoid burnout.
Feeling Uninspired or Creatively Blocked:
Engage in activities that stimulate creativity, such as brainstorming, mind mapping, or seeking inspiration from others' work.
Start with a simple and basic version of the task to get the creative juices flowing.
Collaborate with others or seek feedback to gain new perspectives.
Fear of Success:
Identify and challenge the negative beliefs or fears that may be holding you back.
Visualize the positive outcomes of completing the task successfully.
Focus on the benefits and personal growth that come with success.
Impatience:
Break long-term goals into smaller milestones to track progress.
Practice mindfulness to stay present and patient throughout the process.
Remind yourself that progress takes time and effort.
Lack of Confidence:
Celebrate your past accomplishments to boost your confidence.
Seek support and encouragement from friends, family, or mentors.
Focus on building specific skills related to the task to increase confidence.
Avoiding Discomfort:
Acknowledge that discomfort is a natural part of growth and improvement.
Break tasks into smaller steps and tackle the more challenging aspects gradually.
Remind yourself of the long-term benefits of facing discomfort.
Overestimating Future Motivation:
Practice discipline and commit to starting tasks even when motivation is low.
Set specific deadlines for tasks to create a sense of urgency.
Establish a routine that includes regular work on the task to build consistency.

Lockpicking
Summary: You ask Astarion to teach you how to lockpick and things get... out of hand.
Pairing: Astarion x female!Tav
Warnings: 18+. Fingering. Dry humping. Innuendo. Praise kink. Finger licking.
Word count: 1.7k
You should have known better than to have asked him this.
Initially, he had regarded your request with an entertained scoff and no less amount of smugness.
But Astarion did find enjoyment in showing off his skills whenever the situation called for it.
And that was what landed you on your knees, inside some dingy cave near Baldur's Gate.
“You do need to focus, darling.”
You repositioned yourself and straightened your back to properly eye-level with the rusty chest in front of you, thieves’ tools in hand, prodding the stubborn lock.
Astarion was down on one knee, right behind you, body pressed faintly against yours.
An unwanted distraction, no doubt.
His cool hands gripped yours as expert fingers twisted and turned the sharp tools inside the opening.
He always made it look so easy, unlocking doors and chests in the blink of an eye.
“Maybe the lock is faulty,” you huffed in annoyance, allowing him to guide your fingers. “Should we try another one?”
“You're too impatient,” he said disapprovingly, his voice but a whisper next to your ear. “The lock isn't faulty, but it requires some tender love and caring to pry it open.”
Your brows furrowed as you took a deep breath, taking the reins and twisting both tools to the right.
His fingers gripped yours in an instant, and he took control once again, but all to no avail.
You let out a low growl of frustration.
“Darling, lockpicking is like making sweet love,” he chuckled briefly, fingertips grazing the back of your hand. “You need to exercise patience and focus.” You could feel his lips ghosting the shell of your ear. “Just as a lover, you must listen to them and tend to their needs.”
You nearly rolled your eyes. “You did not just make that comparison.”
“You'll find it to be true. Every lock is different and requires not only the right tools but the right amount of dedication.”
An innuendo?
“That is nothing like love-making.”
A metallic click.
“Did I not just describe how I make love to you, then?”
Inadvertently, your heart jolted into a quicker thrum, and heat rushed to your cheeks as his words caught you off guard.
“Must you be so vulgar?”
He rotated the metallic rods in your hands effortlessly, his body pressing further into yours.
“It's simply the truth, darling,” he said with a click of his tongue. “It's not my fault that dexterity comes in handy in various situations.”
This entire ordeal felt strangely intimate all of a sudden, as if you were both dancing to a tune only Astarion was privy to.
The mechanism clicked once more.
“You're doing good.”
Being sincerely praised by him provided the kind of pleasure that you wouldn't easily find anywhere else.
He rubbed the back of your hand tenderly, effectively letting you know you were on the right path.
“Grip it tighter with the tips of your fingers,” he urged before pressing a fleeting kiss just behind your ear. “You must keep a firm grip.”
Shivers spread across your body at the feel of his cold lips caressing your sensitive skin.
You swallowed hard, finding it extremely difficult to concentrate on the task at hand with your lover actively working against you.
Your hands jittered, and you nearly dropped one rod.
“You're awfully distracted.”
The familiar pool of heat in your lower abdomen flared at his taunting words, but you cleared your throat and shoved one of his hands away, wanting to keep your focus and sanity intact.
“I've got this.”
He scoffed. “Have it your way, then.”
You expected a snarky remark and triumphantly smiled to yourself as you were met with his silence instead.
Narrowing your eyes, you kept prodding the opening with renewed focus, following his previous instructions.
You heard a few more clicks, but not the one you were in search of.
And then you felt his free hand grazing the waistband of your trousers, fiddling with the buckle of your belt.
And just like that, your concentration was broken yet again.
“What are you doing?”
Silence.
Experienced fingers pulled on the strap until it was set loose.
Your eyes widened, and the tools in your hands quivered as you came to a halt. “...Astarion?”
He undid the button next and gently tugged on the fabric. “As you said, you've got this,” he whispered dangerously low in your ear. “And I've got you,” he finished before slipping his hand inside.
Your mouth dropped open as his finger trailed past your undergarments and settled between your folds.
Immediately, your hips jerked, and you let out a strained gasp as the throb intensified.
“Focus,” he cooed, rubbing gentle circles. “You're nearly there.”
His other hand steadied your grip around the tool.
“Try rotating it to the left.”
Your hands were getting sweaty and far too jittery, and you nearly dropped the one on your left when he began drawing circles anti-clockwise to match his words.
Words failed you, and you could only gasp, allowing him to take control, using the tool to turn the mechanism.
“Hear that sound?”
You heard a faint metallic pang coming from the opening.
“Focus on the sound coming from the lock,” he said in between kisses on your neck. “Make it sing, and it will open up for you.”
He increased the pace, and you moaned loudlier than intended, eyes fluttering shut as you rolled your hips against him, yearning for more and more friction.
“Hear how beautiful it sounds?”
“Yes…”
At this point, you weren't sure if he was indeed referring to the locking mechanism or to how you kept whimpering under his touch.
He then bucked his hips into you, and you felt the unmistakable print of his strained erection pressed against your lower back.
The motion nearly had you tumbling forward had it not been for his free hand that steadied you.
“Easy now, darling,” he teased, giving your shoulder a gentle squeeze. “Maybe you should part your legs. For balance, of course,” he added, but you doubted that was the real motive.
Even so, you quickly shifted your knees apart just enough to grant him further access.
“Good girl.”
You had to bite down hard on your lip to suppress a moan.
One finger circled your entrance, and you felt a gush of wetness spilling from you with each stroke.
Your hands quivered from the stimulation, rattling the metal rods inside the lock.
He brought his hand back to yours, his thumb caressing your unsteady fingers. “You're nearly there… just a little more prodding…”
“Astarion…” you groaned in frustration.
He immediately hushed you. “Careful… we don't want to draw unwanted attention, do we?”
Just as he finished delivering his taunt, he dragged his finger to spread your wetness across the throbbing swell in between your folds.
The overwhelming sensation was too much to bear, and your hand dropped to your thigh, gripping the rod tightly as if holding on for dear life.
He paused his ministrations in an instant.
“You'll need to slide that one inside to unlock it, darling.”
You couldn't care less about the damned chest, as the need for release took over you.
But Astarion seemed to have other plans.
“Slide it in,” he said, gripping your wrists. “Go on… I'll help.”
You slumped lightly against him, enjoying how his cock kept on hardening against you, and how he was beginning to lose his composure, low grunts erupting from the back of his throat.
He lifted your hand, and just as he slid the tool back inside, you felt a finger slip inside your entrance until he was knuckle-deep.
“See how easily it slides in?”
You rolled your hips, wanting to fuck yourself on his finger, riding it desperately.
The increasing pressure in your lower abdomen began to blur your vision as your mouth fell agape, your senses taken over by him.
You were close.
Too close.
Deliciously close.
And he knew it.
Of course he did.
Astarion was a dedicated and devoted lover who didn't shy away from having you come undone for him.
“Nearly there…” he said, rolling his own hips into you.
You kept on riding his finger, the heel of his palm pressing down between your folds, further pushing you over the ends on your sanity.
His free hand still covered yours, his slender fingers fully guiding you, and you couldn't even understand how he was able to keep his focus on the damned lock as you rode him.
Your head fell back against his shoulder, and he seized the moment to tease your exposed skin with his fangs.
Somewhere in the distance, you heard a familiar clicking sound.
“Let go, darling… I've got you.”
His sweet guidance was all you needed from him to finally tip over the edge, plunging headfirst into the blinding wave of pleasure that began tearing through your body like lightning.
He added a second finger just in time, prompting the neediest sobs to erupt from deep within you, and he quickly covered your mouth with his other hand, muffling your cries of pleasure.
“There you go.” He cooed sweetly.
You immediately dropped the tools to the floor with a loud pang and gripped his wrist in the hopes that would be enough to anchor you.
For a split second, you considered biting his hand to suppress the uncontrollable moans but decided against it, enjoying how your voice reverberated across his palm.
And as you began spasming against him, you heard the most delicious hiss spill from him, his strained cock rutting further into your lower back.
You clenched hard and rhythmically around his fingers, riding out your wave of pleasure.
His hand eventually dropped from your face, and he planted the softest kiss to the flushed skin of your cheek.
“Well done, darling.”
You gradually went limp against him, struggling to control your breaths and hearing your heart still pounding hard in your ears.
“Gods… that was…”
The words died in your throat as he slid out of you, earning a whimper from you.
As you regained some of your strength and battled your sore muscles, you turned your head to face him.
“How are you so good with your fingers?"
He chuckled as he tasted your wetness that dripped from his fingers.
“In which way?”
Your gaze was fixed on how his tongue expertly wiped you clean from him.
“Don't play coy. I wish I could be this skilled…"
His crimson eyes narrowed deviously. “I'm sure you'll get there, eventually – well, probably not, though.”
You gave him an offended glare.
He nudged his head to the chest in front of you, and you watched in perplexity as the lid had slightly shifted.
“Not that hard, was it?”

Your Healing Daily Routine: the 6th house
The 6th house in Aries
Since the Aries sign and Mars are responsible for the body, movement, and activity, a healing routine here cannot be done without physical activity as the foundation of health. Regular workouts can help you release accumulated energy. Morning exercises will also be beneficial for you.
People with this placement in their chart find it crucial that no one imposes a daily routine on them from the outside. They want to manage their own schedule and set tasks and goals independently.
For this placement, a certain level of competition is essential to stay in shape and maintain motivation. This can even include competing with yourself and your own ambitions.
A nutritious diet supporting a high activity level is also vital for this placement. Foods like fast food may slow you down.
It is important for this placement to incorporate new elements into the routine to avoid boredom. Try new sports or hobbies.
The 6th house in Taurus
For this position, creating a comfortable and sustainable environment is essential. Arrange your workspace and home to make them cozy, whether it’s through soft fabrics or pleasant scents.
It’s very important for you to maintain a balanced and high-quality diet with fresh products. Enjoy each meal, eating slowly and mindfully.
Choose activities that bring you joy, such as yoga, walks in nature, dancing, or pilates. For people with this placement, regularity is more important than intensity.
Try incorporating meditation and breathing exercises into your daily routine, and spend more time outdoors.
Hobbies like crafting, drawing, cooking, or even gardening might suit you well. These activities can help relieve stress and strengthen your connection with yourself.
Organize your time in a way that helps you avoid rushing and stress. Staying calm and in harmony is crucial for this position.
Don’t forget the importance of quality sleep. Create a comfortable atmosphere: warm blankets, silence, soft lighting, and high-quality bedding.
Pay attention to simple pleasures that help you relax.
The 6th house in GeminiÂ
Everything that helps you grow also helps you heal. Whether it's regular reading of books, articles, educational courses, or anything else. With this approach, keeping a journal or writing down your thoughts can be very helpful for structuring them. You might have a lot of thoughts on a daily basis, so light meditation can help calm your mind and improve focus.
Social interactions with people are also beneficial, whether it's participating in group discussions or sharing a common hobby, where you can exchange information.
You would benefit most from physical activities related to coordination, such as walking, yoga, or dancing.
Try to plan your day with room for flexibility and changes. The "bit by bit" method might work well for you, breaking tasks into smaller portions and alternating between work and rest. Variety is also important to avoid boredom.
Make an effort not to overwhelm yourself with information. Take breaks from the constant flow of information or filter what you consume.
The 6th house in Cancer
It is very important for you to create a cozy atmosphere at home so that your daily routine becomes something enjoyable, whether it's lighting candles, meditating, or listening to calm music. Do household chores in a way that makes them pleasant.
Homemade meals that make you feel warm and cozy can also have a healing effect. Warm drinks, such as chamomile tea or milk with honey, can also help you create a sense of comfort.
Keeping a journal to write down your feelings could be a good practice for clearing your mind of accumulated emotions.
Take care of your body by nurturing your soul. Practices like yoga and other activities that harmonize the body and mind can be helpful. Taking baths with sea salt or essential oils can also benefit you.
Decorating your home can positively impact whether it's fresh flowers, soft fabrics, or cozy lighting.
Daily communication with your loved ones is incredibly healing for you.
Listen to yourself and your feelings; if you need to recharge or rest, don't force yourself to go against your needs.
The 6th house in Leo
For this placement, it is extremely beneficial to wake up with the sunrise. The ritual of waking up plays a significant role in setting the tone for your day. Starting the day with some exercise or dancing to your favorite music will help you kick things off energetically. Â
It is also crucial for you not only to eat delicious food but to make sure it is visually appealing. Food that pleases the eye will give you an extra boost of energy. Don’t forget to include heart-healthy foods in your diet, as Leo governs the heart (e.g., nuts, avocados, greens, fish). Â
Approach your daily tasks with a touch of creativity. Even routine activities can be transformed into something enjoyable. Â
Find time in your routine for self-care, whether it’s a face mask, a stylish hairstyle, or a striking outfit. These small touches will help you shine even brighter. Â
Engage only in physical activities that you truly enjoy. Most importantly, they bring you joy and a sense of strength. Â
Treat yourself to a “mini celebration” every day. It can be anything, from a delicious cup of coffee to a meeting with friends. Make sure to carve out time for yourself, your hobbies, and your pleasures.
The 6th house in Virgo
For this placement, organization and daily planning are essential. Creating lists and planning tasks can be very helpful. It reduces your anxiety and helps you feel more productive. Â

Health is one of the main focuses of this placement. A balanced diet and moderate physical activity are crucial for Virgo in the 6th house. Â
Minimalism and order at home are very important for people with this placement. A clean and cozy space is a part of a healing routine. Â
Self-care rituals, evening relaxation, and other such practices will help restore energy. Â
One of the healing rituals for this placement is learning. Whether it's taking courses, reading books, or something else, it keeps you sharp and energized.
The 6th house in Libra
For the 6th house in Libra, it is crucial to establish balance in your daily routine. Try to create a schedule that includes time for work, rest, and personal pleasures. Â
For the Libra sign, beauty is very important, so dedicate time to beauty rituals and self-care. Â
Organize your workspace and living area in a way that incorporates elements of beauty and comfort. Â
Your diet should not only be healthy but also aesthetically pleasing. Enjoy the process of savoring your meals. Â
Since balance and harmony are of great importance to Libra, practicing them on all levels is essential. Meditation and breathing exercises are particularly well-suited for this placement. Â
Remember to seek inspiration and enjoy the beautiful things in life. Engaging in creative activities can also be incredibly healing.
The 6th house in Scorpio
Psychological cleansing is crucial for the 6th house in Scorpio to make space for emotional transformation. This can manifest in daily life through practices such as meditation, journaling, or other rituals. Â
The 6th house in Scorpio signifies a strong connection between the body and emotions, making nutrition an essential part of healing. Intuitive eating is particularly well-suited here. Â
Any water-related rituals, whether swimming, baths with oils, or something else, have healing power. Â
Physical activity also plays a transformative role alongside massage therapy. Â
Try to live each day with the mindful question, "How can I transform today?" Â
For Scorpio in the 6th house, work should not just be a duty but a place for deep transformation. Learn to let go of work that no longer brings you satisfaction. Â
Scorpio is the sign of transformation, so it's important to maintain an energetically clean space. Regular cleaning and decluttering will be beneficial.
The 6th house in Sagittarius
Physical activities with an element of freedom, such as cycling, running, or yoga in the park, can be very beneficial. Activities like hiking and climbing might also suit you well. Â
Sagittarius loves exploring new things, so don’t hesitate to add exotic and unusual dishes to your diet. Try to follow the philosophy of mindful eating and enjoy every meal.Â
Plan your day while leaving room for spontaneity. Use tools like manifestations and motivational quotes. Â
For Sagittarius, personal growth is essential, so anything related to self-development will be helpful, whether it’s reading or immersing yourself in other cultures. Â
Sagittarius is a traveler, so try exploring new routes even within your city. Regular trips, if possible, will also be highly beneficial.
The 6th house in Capricorn
A detailed daily plan can be very beneficial. Capricorn loves structuring everything, so having a well-planned day is important. Â
Regular physical exercise is useful as it teaches discipline and responsibility. Â
Spend more time outdoors in nature to feel connected to it. Â
Take care of your bone and joint health (which Capricorn rules), specifically by adding calcium- and magnesium-rich foods to your diet. Â
Nutritious, wholesome food is essential. Try to eat at the same time every day. Â
Regular massages to relieve tension, especially in the back and neck area, can be helpful. Â
To feel productive, try to develop the habit of completing even small tasks daily. However, be cautious and remember that it's important to let go of guilt for "not being productive enough." Striking a balance between rest and work is crucial.
The 6th house in Aquarius
For the 6th house in Aquarius, it is essential to create a routine that remains diverse and engaging. Try changing the sequence of tasks or introducing something new to maintain interest.
Aquarius rules technology, so using modern apps and gadgets for health tracking can be beneficial—for example, a pedometer, fitness tracker, or meditation app.
Since Aquarius is a collective sign, participating in group activities of any kind can be highly beneficial.
This sign is also open to experimenting with unique sports, whether it’s dance aerobics or aerial yoga.
It’s very important to relax the mind through mindfulness practices, such as reading inspiring literature or engaging in other mentally stimulating activities.
Make sure to leave room for freedom in your schedule—allow yourself the flexibility to change plans unexpectedly.
The 6th house in Pisces
It is important for you to start and end your day calmly—without rush or stress. Instead of a rigid daily plan, opt for a gentle, flexible approach. Creating a cozy and peaceful atmosphere around you is essential. Â
Pisces is a highly spiritual sign, so meditation, mantras, prayers, and breathing techniques can be especially beneficial. Â
Water-related rituals are also helpful, whether it’s salt baths or swimming. Â
Support your mental health through creativity. Allow yourself to express your artistic side on a daily basis. Â
Since Pisces is deeply connected to music, don’t deny yourself the pleasure of listening to your favorite tunes or meditating with healing sounds. Â
Pisces thrives with slow, flowing physical activities, such as swimming, yoga, and Pilates. Â
Additionally, getting enough sleep is crucial for the 6th house in Pisces. Â
This placement also requires daily moments of solitude, where you can be alone with yourself and recharge your energy.

How do you feel about shipping? Do you care if people ship your characters with whoever, even if it's not canon?
I think it's fine, or good even, especially if people are finding enjoyment in it and exercising creative muscles. I'm not really interested in policing anyone's fan activities. Just please be kind to each other, respect boundaries, don't start weird internet turf wars over it.

new zine i made on a whim because i got annoyed once again
transcript below
title: the only thing that makes it hard to wear a mask while working out is your annoying ass
subtitle: your lack of care for public health gives me no other choice, so at least, leave me alone
may 2025 - starkittyzines
the front page cover has a drawing of a character wearing rollerskating gear and a kn95 mask
"can you even breathe?" no i can't, actually. my body functions without air or oxygen. it's magic. i'm just build different.
yes, i can breathe in a mask. they filter the air to keep me and others safe from covid + other viruses. ideally, I would workout without a mask. but i roller skate indoors, around a lot of people. maybe if we were all making the safer choice to mask in closed and crowded spaces, we could consider it safe-ish to unmask for indoors sports, but we're not even close.
"i could neveeeeeeer" i know! i haven't seen you try! :)
"omg are you sick? you better not get me sick!" says the person without a mask?? hello?? how do you know for sure you're not sick?
"oh you're not? why are you wearing this then?" because i would like to... keep not being sick
helmet, gloves, kneepads: good! safe! smart! mandatory even
high quality mask: unnecessary. why? don't care
the risky sport enjoyer's logic about protective gear meant to keep your body and health safe
advice break: i find that duckbill style masks are easier to breathe in. they touch my face less so they are more comfortable to sweat in.
i personally can genuinely breathe just as good with my mask on. but even if it did bother me a little, 1) it is a small discomfort compared to getting sick or getting someone else sick, 2) it's my choice and none of your business. why are people so bothered?
constant questioning
isolation
people ignoring me
people only talking to me about my mask and then getting defensive why i answer questions they asked
nobody else making any effort to keep us safe...
this makes it hard to participate in sports while masking, sometimes. not the mask itself.
(for me!!!!)
some people do find it difficult to breathe in a mask during physical exercise. if everyone else was consistently masking in other contexts (parties, shipping, on the bus...) then there would be less risks to spread viruses and these people could unmask in the gym, if clean air (using filters and purifiers) was a priority... but not enough people care.
#if you're not masking AND you bother people who mask... your head+a wall is my new ship#irl i just go “haha no i can breathe :)” 35 times a day#but in my zines i'll be as agressive as needed#im still being very nice here#covid conscious dykes#starkittyzines#zine#zines#minizine#minizines#zine community#1 page zine#handmade zine#hand drawn zine#mask zine#mask up#wear a mask#covid#covid conscious#finished zines
